FRIES&ZUMBÜHL, Industrial Designers, live and work in Zurich
Mr. Fries and Mr. Zumbühl became aware of their complementary qualities while completing their studies at the ZHdK. Since teaming up in 2007 they have won several awards and become one of the most influential upcoming Industrial Designers in Switzerland. The Townhouse Art Edition is the second collaboration between the Zurich based Design office and Townhouse after having teamed up in October 2009 to create a modern bedside lamp.

Pascal Grob, Photographer and Fashion Blogger, lives and works in Zurich
21-year old Pascal Grob started his blog “Fashion Bits and Bobs” in March 2009. Only one year later and Mr. Grob’s blog is at 130’000 hits per month and has within this short period of time become one of the most successful fashion blogs in Switzerland. His international readership has helped him set foot abroad – His blog has been published in various international magazines and Mr. Grob himself is currently on the cover of the Chinese Way Magazine.

Marc Bally, Graphic Designer, lives and works in Mollens
Mr. Bally, an ECAL graduate, made a name designing newspapers and magazines. His work includes the journal of the Montreux Jazz festival, Criticism No1 by Tiphanie Blanc, Vincent Normand and Guillaume Pilet or his Cooking with Breat Easton Ellis.

Nina Egli, Jewelery and Fashion Designer, lives and works in New York and Zurich
Nina Egli initially went to New York as an aspiring actress, but soon began to create jewelery under the label “Toujours Toi”. Only a couple of years later and stars such as Juliette Lewis, Micha Barton and Scarlett Johannson have been spotted wearing her creations. In 2008 she cofounded the fashion brand “Familiy Affairs”.

Max Grüter, Cross Media Artist, lives and works in Zurich
Mr. Grüter doesn’t adhere to any boundaries when choosing his media – he is equally brilliant in the classic disciplines of drawing and sculpting as well as in the technology driven field of virtual 3D rendering and animation. Since 1991 Mr. Grüter has been designing the NZZ Folio cover.
